Subscriptions
Subscriptions to the online version of this journal do not exist because access is free. Authors, likewise, do not pay a fee to publish manuscripts. No payment is exchanged between the author, the viewer, the referee, or the journal. The Journal off-loads its editorial staff by slightly loading the scientific community, thereby keeping costs low. Authors do the formatting and editing of manuscripts, and the scientific community reviews manuscripts, does editorial screening (in the editorial screening, peers are asked to report at least two of any editorial errors, and all factual errors found in submitted manuscripts), and scores the manuscripts.
Subscriptions to the print version of the Journal are $0.50 (USD) per page.
